Zoe believes there is nothing more powerful than authentic human connection and that the relationship built between therapist and client has the ability to foster immense change and personal growth.

As a Licensed Marriage and Family therapist, Zoe feels truly honored to be trusted with this responsibility and wants nothing more than to create a safe space for her clients to share their stories.

For the past 8 years, Zoe has worked in the field of addiction treating individuals,  adolescents, groups, couples, and families. She is well versed in drug prevention and is passionate about eduction often traveling to schools across the country speaking to students about the dangers of drugs, self-esteem, body image issues, and sexuality.

While Zoe feels passionate about her work with addiction, she has also learned that addiction is merely a symptom of some other underlying issue(s). Trauma, abuse, low self-esteem, grief, stress, anxiety, and depression can all lead to some form of self-medication. Zoe believes the goal of therapy is to collaborate with her clients to discover new healthier coping skills so that one can begin to thrive.
